ERI Web Assessors B2B Application

Project Overview

ERI Web Assessors is a suite of cloud compensation software providing salary survey and cost of living data to businesses around the world. Subscribers include a majority of the Fortune 500 companies.

ERI Economic Research Institute was founded over 25 years ago to provide compensation applications for private and public organizations. Subscribers include corporate compensation, relocation, human resources, and other professionals, as well as independent consultants and counselors, and US and Canadian public sector administrators (including military, law enforcement, city/county, state/provincial, and federal government pay administrators).

My Role

I was tasked with giving the web application facelift and uncover any potential user experience issues. The first step was to understand the people I'm designing the product for. I interviewed both stakeholders and users to understand their needs and come up with a solution to a problem. By asking, listening, and using feedback, I can continually make improvements to my design thus enabling me to come up with a better solution.

My process to redesigning the web application consists of:
-User Research
-Design
-Test
-Implementation

Due to a NDA, I will not be able to disclose the full details of what I've done on the project and the decisions that went into designing it.

I sketch multiple designs on pen and paper for rapid iterations.

The Results

This is a current ongoing project I am working on. I am still working on the redesign and will continue prototyping before we move onto the actual development. I have only reached the high-fidelity mockup stage and will need to continue conducting user testing to validate the design. Stay tuned for updates!
