I was tasked with giving the web application facelift and uncover any potential user experience issues. The first step was to understand the people I'm designing the product for. By asking, listening, and using feedback, I can continually make improvements to my design thus enabling me to come up with a better solution.
My process to redesigning the web application consists of:
Due to a NDA, I will not be able to disclose the full details of what I've done on the project and the decisions that went into designing it.
I sketch multiple designs on pen and paper for rapid iterations.
This is a current ongoing project I am working on. I am still working on the redesign and will continue prototyping before we move onto the actual development. I have only reached the high-fidelity mockup stage and will need to continue conducting user testing to validate the design. Stay tuned for updates!
